One of Africa’s best-kept secrets, Singita Pamushana Lodge is found within the Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve in south-eastern Zimbabwe. Nestling beneath the trees, the lodge incorporates the natural environment and the forest-like architecture enhances views of the pool, the lush gardens and the lake below. Pamushana Lodge comprises of seven luxury villas, each offering incredible views of the Malilangwe dam.
Malilangwe Wildlife Reserve is teeming with birds and wildlife, including rare and endangered species – such as the Roan and sable antelope, and the black rhino. Famous for its cathedral Mopane forests and majestic ‘upside-down’ Baobab trees, Malilangwe is an area where you will also find over 100 rock sites that date back more than 2 000 years
All master bedrooms feature en suite bathroom and shower, as well as an outdoor shower, private plunge pool, double-sided fireplace, mini-bar and fridge, room safe, air conditioning, overhead fans, private lounge, direct dial telephones and game viewing deck with Swarovski spotting scope. The use of solar lighting ensures your comfort without interfering with the environment and the area’s natural surrounds. The lounge and dining area is at the forefront of the camp, tucked under a soaring canopy of trees. Wide and well-traversed Elephant paths make up the paths connecting your room to the main area.
Activities include guided walks lead by qualified and passionate guides who will share their knowledge and love of the bush with you, game drives and spot lighting as well as game viewing from hides. Walking and game drives will allow you the opportunity to observe elephant, kudu and sable antelope, zebra, wildebeest, gemsbok, the rare and endangered roan antelope, buffalo, giraffe, white rhino, lion, leopard, hyena, and many other wildlife species. The Kennedy vlei is littered with flamboyant colors from all its seasonal wild flowers that emerge as the first rains begin.

131 on Herbert Baker, is a very unique family owned boutique hotel situated in the heart of Pretoria about 40 minutes from the OR Tambo International airport in Johannesburg. 131 has a Presidential Suite and seven luxury bedrooms all on-suite, with breathtaking views of the city. Ristorante Grissini boasts delicious combinations of fresh ingredients, food wine and great service to satisfy the most discriminating palate. Breakfast is inclusive of our daily rate. The restaurant also offers fine dining for lunch and dinner, however, this is by reservation only and not inclusive.
High Tea is also served daily, in the morning and afternoon, but strictly by reservation only.

Kanga Camp, Mana Pools National Park, Zimbabwe
Kanga Camp is situated in the heart of Mana Pools National Park in a private concession. The camp has 5 beautiful appointed tents with king beds and one lovely honeymoon suite tent with a sunked bath. The main area of the camp is on decking, consisting of dining area, bar and library and lounge area overlooking the pan. This unique main area is built under a group of ancient Jackal berry Ebony trees that provide both a vantage point and super shade all year round. Each tent has been carefully positioned for the best and most private view of the pan and built on raised wooden decks. There is hot running water in an open plan shower / bathroom area at the back of each tent that also offers a lovely view of the pan while showering. Just for the record Kanga is presently undergoing a complete makeover and it’s stunning!
There is the choice of taking game drives in open four-wheel drive vehicles or walking with professional guides. The opportunity to leave one’s vehicle and track game on foot is an experience rare in the national parks of Africa and in Mana Pools in particular this provides the visitor with the chance to track game in safety with an experienced armed professional guide. As well as guided walks and game drives, other activities on offer include night drives, bush dinners, sundowners and possibly even a night under the stars on our new platform camp!
The Pan at Kanga Camp attracts great and diverse game on a regular and daily basis as it is the only water found in the floodplain away from the main river. The predators, including lion, wild dog and leopard are often sighted and large concentrations of buffalo can be found in the Mopane woodland and open plains studded with Ilala Palms. Kudu, zebra, impala and waterbuck can be seen on the surrounding plains. Elephant take advantage of the plentiful “albida” trees in the area. Bird watching is also a great attraction of the area.
